Reduce costs and expedite loan processing by replacing their current procedure of faxing over 600 status reports 3 times a day.
Challenge
Replace faxing with an internet solution. Have the AS/400 generated status reports available for printing via an internet transaction.
Solution
Any AS/400 spool file can be placed at the baby.com FTP Site and viewed/printed by a remote client over the internet with proper access authority (User ID and password).
Result
 Our baby.com product was able to provide this solution by use of the Windows printing functionality from the baby.com FTP Server Site.
