With over 100,000 installations, including 91% of the Fortune 500, INFINITE Software has delivered significant cost savings and measurable return on IT investments made by some of the largest companies in the world.

Our History
In 1975, INFINITE Software was formed in Orange County, California by a small group of technical entrepreneurs. Within a short period, the company developed a reputation for excellence in the development of language compilers and database products. Some of the company’s first clients were companies such as Honeywell and McDonnell Douglas. When IBM was developing its PC division, it had heard of a California company that had written a RPG compiler for Honeywell that had allowed Honeywell users to migrate IBM applications to the Honeywell platform. At that point, IBM presented a partnership plan to INFINITE Software to develop a migration environment for the IBM midrange family of systems to the PC. This partnership brought resources to the company that was the catalysts for the company’s highly successful BABY series of products.

This year, on March 20th INFINITE Software Corporation announced that it will change its name to INFINITE Software.

"The INFINITE Software moniker has served the company well for over 31 years. Given the global nature of the company, however, and the company’s highly successful branded products under the INFINITE name, this name change will reflect the significant expansion of the product lines as well as the global presence of the company”, said Bruce Acacio, CEO, INFINITE Software.

“The new Corporate name and identity will not affect the capital structure of the company and the company intends to maintain its OTC listing under a new symbol”, continued Acacio.

Today, INFINITE Software and its BABY, Unibol and INFINITE series of products enjoy over 100,000 installations in 56 countries. The company operates globally from 13 offices on 4 continents and provides products and services to clients such as DHL, Kodak and Caterpillar.

It has been consistently named by Software Magazine as one of the top 500 software companies in the world.
